Take charge of your fitness and notice how closely the moves in boxing relate to the rest of your life. Classes are designed to inspire and provide a safe place to let go. You will learn all the fundamentals of the sport including footwork, coordination, combinations + the elements of self-defence. No previous experience is necessary. At the end of boxing class, you will be instructed through 2 or 3 Eldoa postures which are sure to leave a lasting impression on your spine and immediate improvement in your posture!!
