Online Fitness Classes: How Do They Work?
Fitness classes are 45 minutes in duration
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels
The exercises can be modified according to your needs or physical limitations, injuries, etc.
They include a gentle warm-up and a soothing cool down including breathing techniques, careful stretching and mindful movements
The heart of the workout includes a combination of strength and conditioning moves built into different circuits
Full body workouts are included
In addition, the goal of the virtual workout is to get the blood pumping, wake up the muscles, lubricate the joints and simply to feel good about moving and releasing stress.
Fitness coach Yvette will be there to walk you through each step, every move and every breath

Online Fitness Classes: How Do I Join?
The virtual workouts are conducted via the Zoom platform. Participants can join on Yvette Raposo's Facebook page where a link for each workout session is posted. The link to the online workouts can also be sent to your email, for your convenience.
