Sometimes, it’s not the knockout punch which does the most damage: it is very often that persistent jab, jab, jab that picks away at your confidence and steals the pep away from your step.

Often in life, we are way too close to the chaos, too intimate with the problem, too emotional about the outcome and definitely too tired to even care.

Burnout can beat you down but It doesn’t have to get to that point.

We are seeing so much more attention being paid to burnout…
