What you Get !
12 x 45 min live group virtual strengthening workouts with Yvette! Exercise and feel super motivated from the convenience of your own home! No equipment needed - all body weight movements. The session will entail proper warm up, serious strengthening and a soothing cooldown down with time for questions after each class. Exercises will be based off of The Eldoa Method principles combined with other stabilizing, conditioning and strengthening moves. ( No burpees promise:))
3 X 1 hour live group “ clarity builds confidence coaching” Saturday sessions.
Where we will map out our mindset for the weeks ahead digging into specific themes such as: goal-setting, forming new habits in order to let go of old ones, cultivating awareness & focus, PLUS a good ole pump up get you jacked up feeling motivated add on!
How - guided journaling, instruction & visualization.
All sessions hosted on Zoom with some use of PowerPoint on the Saturday sessions.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Space to move, yoga mat is a bonus.
No equipment necessary - if you have 3 pound weights they will come in handy at some point.
No previous experience necessary.
We work around injuries which generates blood flow and increases oxygen throughout the body (indirectly helping injuries).
Depending on your preference or specific footwear needs , running shoes can be worn although most movements are best done barefoot.
